These cheesy garlic chicken wraps are packed with flavor, featuring seasoned chicken, garlic butter, and melted cheese all wrapped in a crispy tortilla!

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, season the chicken strips with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden and nearly cooked through.
- Add the butter and minced garlic to the pan, stirring well to coat the chicken. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (if using). Sprinkle a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on one side.
- Add the cooked garlic chicken on top of the cheese, then sprinkle a little more cheese over it.
- Fold the tortilla over the filling, pressing gently.
- In a clean skillet, cook the wrap on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, let it cool slightly, slice in half, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat or in the oven until warm and crispy.
