  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 14-ounce can (400 g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 6 ounces (170 g) frozen spinach, thawed and drained well

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Fold in the chopped artichoke hearts and well-drained spinach until evenly combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
