- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare a microwave-safe mug with enough room for the cake to rise.
- Mash the banana in the mug until smooth.
- Add flour, salt, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and cinnamon, then stir well.
- Pour in the milk and vegetable oil, mixing until the batter is smooth.
- Microwave on high for about 1 minute and 30 seconds until the cake has risen and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying. Optional: Top with whipped cream or ice cream for extra indulgence.
Notes
