- ⅓ cup (80 ml) pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 ½ cups (150 g) old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually fold in the oats until well combined.
- Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, pressing down firmly.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool completely, then cut into squares.

Notes
For added texture, mix in chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
