  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 ½ cups (150 g) old fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold in the oats until well combined.
  5. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, pressing down firmly.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Let cool completely, then cut into squares.
