Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips, if using.
  7. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
