  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 lb (450 g) cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens (e.g., romaine, spinach)
  • 1 large ripe tomato, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Hard-boiled eggs, sliced (optional)
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. If using raw shrimp, cook in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Transfer to ice water, then drain.
  3. On a serving platter, layer mixed salad greens as a base.
  4. Top with cooked shrimp, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and hard-boiled eggs (if using).
