Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder optional for rolling

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add the 2/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/3 cup of sweetened condensed milk. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix them together until fully combined. The mixture will be thick and should hold together when pressed.
  • Using your hands or a cookie scoop, portion out small amounts of the mixture (about 1 inch in diameter). Roll them into balls between your palms until they are smooth and round.
  • If you want a chocolatey coating, pour the optional 1/4 cup of cocoa powder onto a plate. Roll each truffle in the cocoa powder until fully coated. This step adds an extra layer of chocolate flavor and makes for a beautiful presentation.
  • Place the rolled truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to firm up. This will help them hold their shape when you serve them.
  • Once chilled, your 2 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles are ready to be enjoyed! Serve them at room temperature or straight from the refrigerator, depending on your preference.
