Ingredients

For the Bagels:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt to achieve desired dough consistency
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 large egg for egg wash
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon water for egg wash

Instructions

How to Prepare:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and ground cinnamon.
  • Step 3: Add the nonfat Greek yogurt and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  • Step 4: Fold in the raisins until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Step 5: Divide the dough into 4 to 6 equal portions and shape them into bagels.
  • Step 6: Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with egg wash.
  • Step 7: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 8: Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
