  • 110.8 ounce Werther's Soft Caramels unwrapped
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ cup half and half

  • Step 1: Prepare Ingredients - Unwrap all the Werther's Soft Caramels and measure out your water and half and half. It’s best to have everything ready to go before you start melting.
  • Step 2: Melt Caramels - In a medium saucepan, combine the unwrapped Werther's Soft Caramels and the 2 tablespoons of water. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until the caramels are completely melted and smooth.
  • Step 3: Add Half and Half - Once the caramels are melted, slowly pour in the half and half while continuing to stir. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  • Step 4: Cool and Store - Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the caramel sauce to cool slightly before transferring it to a storage jar. This sauce can be served warm or at room temperature.
