For the Cookies:

(peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, or tahini)

maple syrup

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the nut butter and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
Step 3: Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Step 4: Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto a prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Step 5: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
Step 6: Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
