Ingredients

For the Brownies:

  • 3 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • 225 g hazelnut chocolate spread (Nutella) warmed
  • 90 g unsweetened Dutch cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch Fleur de Sel optional

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line your 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mash the 3 medium ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Pour in the warmed hazelnut chocolate spread and stir until combined.
  • Sift in the unsweetened Dutch cocoa powder and mix until smooth. Optionally, add a pinch of Fleur de Sel.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Let the brownies cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
