Ingredients

  • 2 cups very ripe bananas (mashed, about 4 large)
  • 1 cup natural extra-crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup clean dark chocolate protein powder (we recommend Tera's Whey)
  • 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand recommended)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, mash the very ripe bananas using a fork or potato masher until smooth.
  • Step 3: Stir in the natural extra-crunchy peanut butter until well combined.
  • Step 4: Add the clean dark chocolate protein powder and stir until you have a thick, fudgy batter.
  • Step 5: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
  • Step 6: Line your 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and pour the brownie batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Step 7: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  • Step 8: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely, then cut into squares.
