In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, white sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave space between each cookie.
Gently flatten each cookie with the back of a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
