Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanut butter creamy (such as Jiff or Skippy)
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, white sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave space between each cookie.
  • Gently flatten each cookie with the back of a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
