  • 4 sliceswhite bread or French bread cut into small pieces
  • 4 Tablespoonssalted butter softened
  • 2-3 clovesgarlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoonparsley minced
  • parmesan cheese for topping optional

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (if your model requires preheating).
  • In a bowl, combine 4 Tablespoons softened salted butter, 2–3 cloves minced garlic, and 1 Tablespoon minced parsley. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Take the 4 slices of bread (cut into small pieces) and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each piece.
  • If using, sprinkle parmesan cheese on the buttered side of each bread piece.
  • Place the bread pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, buttered (and cheesed) side up. Leave small gaps between pieces; cook in batches if needed.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 3–5 minutes, checking at 3 minutes. Cook until the bread is crispy and the edges are lightly golden.
  • Carefully remove the garlic bread from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

Storing: Store any leftovers at room temperature. If it’s stored in the fridge, it may become hard. Wrap it in plastic wrap and it will keep for 1-2 days.
To reheat: Wrap the garlic bread in foil and place it in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes.
