Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. This should take about 1-2 minutes total.
  • Once melted, remove the bowl from the microwave and add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Stir until everything is well combined and the mixture is glossy.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for a few minutes before transferring it to the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 2 hours or until set.
