Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 4 cups Baking Mix such as Bisquick or Jiffy
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup 7-Up Soda
  • to taste pinch All-Purpose Flour for handling sticky dough

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the baking mix and sour cream. Gently fold until just combined.
  • Slowly pour in the 7-Up soda and fold until a soft dough forms.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  • Scoop out the dough and drop onto the baking sheet.
  • Brush tops with melted butter for extra flavor.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
