For the Avocado Fries:

  • 4 slightly firm avocados
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour all-purpose
  • 1 cup panko Japanese-style breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Step 1: Prepare the Avocados. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, scoop out the flesh, and slice it into wedges.

  • Step 3: Coat the Avocado Wedges. Dredge each wedge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with the panko mixture.

  • Step 5: Air Fry the Avocado Fries. Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
