Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 3 medium skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  • 5 tablespoons buffalo sauce choose your favorite brand
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste cooking spray (avocado or olive oil)
  • to taste celery and carrot sticks optional, for serving
  • to taste blue cheese dressing or dip optional, for serving

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Prep the Chicken - Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Step 2: Season the Chicken - In a mixing bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • Step 3: Spray with Oil - Lightly spray the chicken with cooking spray.
  • Step 4: Air Fry the Chicken - Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the seasoned chicken in the basket and cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Step 5: Add the Buffalo Sauce - Remove the chicken and brush it with buffalo sauce.
  • Step 6: Final Crisp - Return the chicken to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to crisp up.
  • Step 7: Serve - Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve with celery, carrot sticks, and blue cheese dressing.
