  • Your choice of seasonings like garlic powder, Italian herbs, or red pepper flakes
  • Fresh herbs or cheese optional for garnishing

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Start by taking the bag of Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi out of the freezer. There’s no need to thaw them beforehand; they can go straight into the air fryer.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, toss the frozen gnocchi with a light spray of cooking spray and your preferred seasonings. Make sure they are evenly coated.
  • Step 3: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 4: Place the seasoned gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Step 5: Check the gnocchi. They should be golden brown and crispy. If desired, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 6: Carefully remove the gnocchi from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish. Top with fresh herbs or cheese if desired.
