Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
If the gnocchi are frozen, spread them out on a plate and microwave for 1–2 minutes, until completely thawed. If already thawed, skip this step.
Arrange the thawed gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces (do not overcrowd). Lightly spray the gnocchi or the basket with cooking spray.
Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Remove the basket and shake or toss the gnocchi to redistribute. Return to the air fryer and cook an additional 5–10 minutes, checking at 5 minutes for lightly golden gnocchi and continuing up to 10 minutes for darker, crisper pieces.
Remove from the air fryer and serve.
