Air Fryer Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 packet dry taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 6 large burrito-size flour tortillas
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced red onion
  • Fresh spinach

Instructions

  • Start by patting the boneless, skinless chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil, dry taco seasoning, and honey. Add the chicken thighs and mix until well coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Once preheated, place the chicken thighs in the basket and cook for about 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer, let it rest, and slice into strips. On each tortilla, layer spinach, red onion, cheese, and chicken, then wrap tightly.
  • For extra crispiness, return the assembled wraps to the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes.
