  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Step 1: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking and perfect crispiness.
  • Step 2: Rinse the cod fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and apply to both sides of the cod.
  • Step 4: Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping.
  • Step 5: Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the cod flakes easily and reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Step 6: Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with sides of your choice.
