Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C). Arrange the eggs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-17 minutes. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
Once the eggs are cool, peel them and place them in a mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash the eggs to your preferred consistency. Add in the mayonnaise, chopped chives or scallions, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the egg salad to a serving bowl. Garnish with sweet paprika and extra chives or scallions. Serve on its own, in a sandwich, or on a bed of greens.
