Ingredients

For the Flounder:

  • 4 fillets flounder (4 to 6 oz each, skinless)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 4 pieces lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Whisk together until well blended.
  • Place the flounder fillets in the bowl with the marinade. Gently toss to coat each fillet evenly. Allow the fish to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • While the fish is marinating, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • After marinating, carefully place the flounder fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook the flounder in the air fryer for about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the flounder from the air fryer, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
