Ingredients

For the Salmon:

  • 1 pound frozen salmon fillet (2-3 fillets)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill (or 1 teaspoon fresh dill)

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat the Air Fryer - Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). This step is crucial for achieving that crispy skin.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Marinade - In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dill. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Step 3: Coat the Salmon - Take your frozen salmon fillets and brush the marinade generously on both sides. Don’t worry about the fillets being frozen; the marinade will stick just fine.
  • Step 4: Air Fry the Salmon - Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down. Make sure they are spaced out to allow for proper air circulation. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  • Step 5: Serve and Enjoy - Once your salmon is done, carefully remove it from the air fryer using tongs. Serve it hot, garnished with additional dill or a squeeze of lemon if desired. Pair it with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
