  • Step 2: Slice the Potatoes. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice each potato crosswise into thin slits, about 1/4 inch apart without cutting all the way through.
  • Step 3: Season the Potatoes. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Step 4: Brush with Olive Oil Mixture. Use a brush or a spoon to generously apply the olive oil mixture over each potato.
  • Step 5: Preheat the Air Fryer. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 6: Air Fry the Potatoes. Place the prepared potatoes in the air fryer basket and air fry for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness at the 20-minute mark.
