Start by cleaning the 16 ounces of baby Bella mushrooms. Rinse them under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cleaned mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt.
