Instructions
Place the 1 1/2 pound top sirloin steak (cut into about 1-inch cubes) in a large mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 cloves garlic (minced), 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika to the bowl. Pour in 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
Toss the steak and seasonings until all pieces are evenly coated. Let the steak marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Arrange the steak cubes in a single even layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary so pieces are not touching.
Cook the steak for 4 minutes, shake or turn the pieces, then cook for another 4 minutes (about 8 minutes total per batch). Use an instant-read meat thermometer to check doneness: 130°F for medium-rare or 145°F for medium. If needed, continue cooking in 1–2 minute increments until you reach the desired temperature. For well-done, cook an additional 3–4 minutes after the initial 8 minutes.
Transfer the steak bites to a serving plate. Garnish with 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) and chopped fresh parsley. Serve.
