In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter and maple syrup. Mix well until you have a smooth consistency.
Gradually add the coconut flour to the mixture, stirring continuously. If the mixture seems too dry, add more maple syrup or almond milk.
Use your hands to scoop out small portions and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the rolled Almond Butter Balls on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
Once chilled, your Almond Butter Balls are ready to enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
