Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even baking.
  • Step 2: Mix the Dough - In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of super fine almond flour, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1 large egg. Stir until the mixture forms a cohesive dough.
  • Step 3: Shape the Bagels - Divide the dough into equal portions (about 6-8 pieces). Roll each piece into a ball, poke a hole in the center, and stretch it to form a bagel shape.
