- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt until smooth and thick enough to coat. 
- Add the cauliflower florets into the batter and toss until each piece is fully coated. 
- Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. 
- While baking, combine the buffalo sauce and olive oil in a large bowl. 
- Once baked and crispy, toss the cauliflower bites immediately in the buffalo sauce mixture. 
- Return the sauced cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes to crisp up the sauce. 
- Remove from oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve warm.
