  • 1 lime lime squeezed and zest

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • Step 3: Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss in the marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  • Step 4: Transfer marinated chicken to a baking dish and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Step 5: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes and sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
