Baked Honey Brie

This Baked Honey Brie is a warm, gooey delight! Creamy brie topped with sweet honey and crunchy pistachios makes for a perfect appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for drizzling
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese Round
  • 1 cup Shelled Pistachios whole or crushed
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • Crusty Bread for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the brie cheese round in a small baking dish.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the brie.
  • Pour the honey over the brie.
  • Top the brie with the shelled pistachios and sprinkle dried thyme.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let it sit for a minute before serving.
