  • 1.5 pounds salmon skin-on or skinless
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Step 2: Cut a large piece of aluminum foil, about 18 inches long.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  • Step 4: Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on the foil and spread the garlic herb butter mixture over the top.
  • Step 5: Fold the foil over the salmon, creating a sealed packet.
  • Step 6: Place the foil packet on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Step 7: Carefully open the foil packet and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
