Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your bananas are ripe for enhanced sweetness. If using frozen bananas, skip the ice.
In your high-speed blender, add the 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup of soy milk, and 1 cup of coconut milk. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Add the 4 pitted dates, 1 tsp of cardamom seeds, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp of nutmeg to the blender. If using espresso beans, add those as well. Blend until well combined.
Taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, add another date. If it’s too thick, add more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour your Banana Cardamom Smoothie into glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or banana slices. Enjoy immediately!
