coconut oil
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Add peanut butter and coconut oil to the mashed bananas and mix until creamy.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours until firm.
Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve.
