Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas mashed, ripe
  • 1 cup peanut butter or nut-free alternative
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
  • Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add peanut butter and coconut oil to the mashed bananas and mix until creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours until firm.
  • Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve.
