Ingredients

  • 1 box White Cake Mix (15.25 ounces)
  • 1 box Instant Banana Cream Pudding Mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 cup good quality milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 2 bananas (sliced)
  • 1 cup pineapple (chopped)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Whipped cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, instant banana cream pudding mix, and sugar. Stir in the skim milk until well incorporated.
  • Fold in the milk chocolate chips gently into the batter.
  • Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared baking dish. Layer the chopped strawberries, sliced bananas, and chopped pineapple over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.
