Ingredients

For the Sliders:

  • 2 pounds beef tenderloin cooked medium-rare, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
  • 12 slider buns slider buns split
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup horseradish sauce

Instructions

Method:

  • Start by cooking your beef tenderloin to medium-rare. Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Remove the tenderloin from heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Slice into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and toast the slider buns cut-side down until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing a slice of beef on each bun and topping with horseradish sauce. Add any additional toppings if desired.
  • Serve immediately on a platter while warm.
