Ingredients

For the Meatballs:

  • 32 ounces frozen fully cooked meatballs (about 40-50 meatballs)
  • 2 cups orange marmalade
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 zest of one orange
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • to taste diced green onion (for garnish)

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the orange marmalade, BBQ sauce, sweet chili sauce, orange zest, and white vinegar. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  • Place the frozen meatballs directly into the crockpot. You don’t need to thaw them.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring that they are well-coated. Use a spatula to gently stir the meatballs in the sauce.
  • Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  • Once the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbling, transfer them to a serving platter and garnish with diced green onion.
