Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 16 slices sharp cheddar cheese (ultra-thin slices work best)
  • 8 small flour tortillas (taco size)
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce (finely shredded)
  • ½ cup white onion (finely diced)
  • 1 cup hamburger pickles
  • 1 recipe Big Mac Sauce

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together your Big Mac sauce ingredients: mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, finely diced pickles, and a pinch of paprika. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with seasoned salt and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  • Heat the large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  • Divide the seasoned ground beef into 8 equal portions, smash each portion into thin patties, and cook for 2-3 minutes until a crust forms. Flip and add cheese.
  • Cover briefly with a lid to melt the cheese (1-2 minutes).
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until soft.
  • Assemble the tacos with a cheesy patty, shredded lettuce, diced onion, pickles, and Big Mac sauce.
  • Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.
