vegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the confetti cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well incorporated.
If using, fold in the sprinkles into the cookie dough.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
