Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces.
Step 3: Stir in the diced bell pepper and onion, sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Step 4: In a large bowl, whisk together the Bisquick baking mix, milk, and eggs until smooth. Stir in the sausage mixture, hash browns, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Season with pepper and salt.
