Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
  • 3.5 oz sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2/3 cup fat-free milk

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Let sit to infuse.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Heart Smart Bisquick and shredded Cheddar cheese. Stir well.
  • Step 4: Add the garlic butter mixture and fat-free milk into the dry ingredients along with the parsley. Mix gently.
  • Step 5: Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 6: Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 7: Serve warm, optionally drizzled with melted butter.
