Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic For that aromatic kick.
  • 2 large eggs Helps bind the ingredients together.
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning Enhances the overall flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt Essential for seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper Adds a subtle warmth.
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese Melts beautifully and adds a savory depth.
  • 1 cup finely chopped Italian parsley Freshness that brightens the dish.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breakfast sausage, and ground lamb. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Add the whole milk, smashed saltine crackers, minced garlic, eggs, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and ground black pepper to the meat mixture. Fold in the ingredients until everything is evenly incorporated.
  • Stir in the parmesan cheese and chopped Italian parsley.
  • Using your hands, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about the size of a golf ball. Place them on a prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
