Ingredients

Blue Tonic Base

  • 1/2 fresh lemon juice only (≈ 1 Tbsp)
  • 1 Tbsp raw apple-cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp raw honey or zero-cal monk-fruit syrup, optional
  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt optional electrolyte boost
  • ice cubes to serve

Instructions

  • Whisk the blue spirulina powder and wild blueberry powder together in a tall glass until evenly mixed.
  • Add the lemon juice and apple-cider vinegar; stir. The mixture will turn a vivid cobalt blue.
  • Stir in raw honey (or monk-fruit) and a pinch of salt until dissolved.
  • Fill the glass with ice, then slowly top with cold sparkling water to preserve carbonation.
