  • 5 ounces extra-sharp Cheddar coarsely grated (about 2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano grated

  • Step 7: Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  • Step 8: Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden brown.
  • Step 9: Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
