Ingredients

  • 1 14.5-oz bag Nacho Cheese Doritos The crunchy and cheesy foundation of our nachos.
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese Adds spice and creaminess.
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken Use leftover rotisserie chicken or cook your own for convenience.
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce This is the star of the show, providing that signature buffalo flavor.
  • 4 jalapeños sliced, for a fresh and spicy kick.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure your nachos are perfectly melted and delicious.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cooked chicken with the buffalo wing sauce. Make sure the chicken is well-coated with the sauce for maximum flavor.
  • On a large baking sheet, spread the Nacho Cheese Doritos in an even layer. Feel free to overlap them slightly for a more generous covering.
  • Sprinkle the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the Doritos. Be generous; you want every chip to be loaded!
  • Evenly distribute the shredded pepper jack cheese over the chicken. Follow this by layering the sliced jalapeños on top.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Serve hot and watch your guests devour these Buffalo Chicken Nachos with Doritos!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in the oven for crispy nachos instead of microwaving.
