Ingredients

For the Pizza:

  • 1 prepared pizza crust (or 1 pound of pizza dough)
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo hot sauce (plus more for serving)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (plus more for serving)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 2 cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with the Buffalo hot sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Step 3: Roll out the dough on a floured surface, or place prepared pizza crust on your baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Step 4: Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the pizza crust.
  • Step 5: Sprinkle the Buffalo chicken mixture over the ranch-dressed crust.
  • Step 6: Top with mozzarella cheese and crumbled blue cheese.
  • Step 7: Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Step 8: Sprinkle chopped green onion on top. Let cool before slicing and serve with extra ranch and Buffalo sauce.
