  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For an aromatic flavor boost
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adds a subtle smokiness

  • 1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon powder Intensifies the beef flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce For a rich, savory depth
  • to taste Toppings as desired Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and more!
  • 1/2 cup mayo Creamy base for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup A classic condiment
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish For that tangy sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon paprika To finish off the sauce

Instructions

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the bag of fries. Spread the sweet potato fries or regular fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until golden and crispy, usually about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
  • While the fries are baking, slice the large yellow onion in half. Chop one half into thin slices for sautéing and leave the other half for topping. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and beef bouillon powder. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce for added flavor.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayo, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, and paprika. Stir until well mixed. This will be your delicious burger sauce that ties everything together.
  • Once the fries are done and crispy, it’s time to assemble! Start with a base of fries in each bowl, then top with a generous portion of the cooked beef, sautéed onions, and any additional toppings you like—lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and of course, a drizzle of the special sauce.

Notes

  • For a low-carb option, swap fries for a bed of leafy greens or cauliflower rice.
  • Try a vegetarian version with black beans or a plant-based burger substitute.
  • Boost protein by adding a fried egg on top.
  • To reduce mess, consider serving in a wrap instead of a bowl.
