Transfer the marinated shrimp to a baking dish, spreading them out in a single layer. Pour any remaining marinade over the shrimp.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Remove the shrimp from the oven and garnish with additional chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve with warm French bread.
